It's very beautiful and the details on her puffy sleeves are lovely. I'm just slightly bothered by the flatness of her left upper arm, it seems to dangle just below the sleeve.

since it's lit from below i'd get rid of the hard shadow on the neck. try to light yourself from below and look in the mirror.

multiple light sources are hard!
pick one light source to be the strongest.

also, i'd paint a bit more ontop of the hands/arms, they still look like photographs.

I think... it is very inconsistant. Her hands, arms are even too photo-realistic compared to the rest, the whole girl looks weird, cut out of the background - maybe blurring a bit of edges would help - and the most important - the lighting is incosistant. It would be really great work but these things could be fixed.
